My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was perfect, right in the center of Berchtesgaden near restaurants and historical sites. The rooms were disappointing, as we encountered issues with the TV not working and a tiny shower. However, the staff was friendly and chatty, and the breakfast, although with limited options, exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was an average experience with room for improvement.
